- All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- Please allow one week for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
- Refunds can be issued to your original payment method only.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
- Exchanges can be made for any item in our store.
You cannot return or exchange if:
- We have received your return package 30 days after the purchase date.
- The tags have been removed from the items ordered.
- The items you ordered have been worn or washed.
- You cannot return items through this website if the items were physically purchased in our Gulf Shores store, located at 1545 Gulf Shores Parkway, Gulf Shores, AL 36542.
